St. John Family Camp, dedicated to enriching the lives of Orthodox families, welcomes you to a serene natural haven, where the timeless teachings of our faith intertwine with the joy of shared experiences. This year, we explore "The Eklesia (Church) of the Christian Home", exploring how to cultivate a vibrant spiritual life within our family walls. We are thrilled to announce that Oleg Voskresensky, an acclaimed educator, theologian, and author, will be a featured speaker at our family camp! With a rich background spanning philology, theology, and pedagogy, Oleg brings a unique perspective to exploring faith and culture. He's the co-author of significant textbooks on religious cultures, a passionate lecturer, and the host of his own engaging radio program, "Let's Talk, Discuss, Argue.". Oleg's insights into Orthodox education, New Testament history, and intercultural communication promise to spark fascinating discussions and deepen our understanding. We are delighted to announce that Fr. James Baglien will be joining us, and is eager to provide a special talk specifically tailored for our youth and young adults, offering guidance and wisdom for their spiritual journeys.
Relax and enjoy your time with comfortable cabin accommodations, all your meals and snacks provided (breakfast, lunch, and dinner!), and engaging activities designed just for kids, while adults participate in engaging talks and lectures.
We will be serving on the New Style calendar, but will make special provisions for these who want to keep the Old Calendar fast.

Camp Registration Information

Join us for an unforgettable camp experience! All prices include your stay in a chalet, along with all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), kids' classes, teen activities, and adult lectures. Here's everything you need to know about registration and fees:

Pricing

Adults (18+): $375 for the full stay
Children (3+ with accompanying adult): $150
Daily Price (adult or child): $100 per day (includes 3 meals).

Discounts

Additional Child Discount: For families with more than two children, each additional child receives a 15% discount.
Toddlers: Children 3 and under are free.

Maximum Family Charge: $1,175. This is equal to a family of 2 adults and 3 children, so if you family is bigger, you won't pay more.
Volunteer Teachers and Nurses: Half the adult price for volunteers willing to serve in these roles.
Tent Camping: We encourage tent camping, but no additional discounts are offered for bringing your own tent this year.

Payment Information

Reservation Fee: A $100 reservation fee is required to secure your spot. This fee will be applied towards your total camp payment.
Payment Deadline: All payments must be received by July 1st. This deadline is crucial for covering rental expenses.
Payment Plans: We understand that financial situations vary. Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your options.
Financial Assistance: If you need assistance with camp fees, please reach out to us. We are committed to making camp accessible to everyone.
